Here are a few of the projects along the 169 Corridor:
169 Overlays – Belle Plaine and Jordan
Description: Resurface and repair concrete pavement, install cable median barrier and construct Reduced Conflict Intersection (RCI)
Construction dates: Spring through fall 2018
Traffic impacts: Lane and intersection closures with detours
Hwy 169 — Mankato
Description: Approximately 0.8 miles of Hwy 169 just north of the Hwy 14 junction will be grade raised to meet the 100-year base flood elevation to aid in flood protection of portions of Mankato and lower North Mankato.
Construction Dates: August to November 2018
Traffic Impacts: No detour for Hwy 169 through traffic is expected; expect periodic northbound and southbound lane closures on 169; expect periodic ramp closures and associated detours
Hwy 169 — St. Peter to Le Sueur
Description: Concrete overlay and pavement improvement
Status: Work begins 2018
