Work started on Mon, Sept. 17, with construction crews beginning necessary tree clearing at the following locations:
- Between 133rd St. and Highway 78, east of Highway 169, and through Ventura Ct.
- At the future noise wall site between Highway 169 and Dem Con Drive, south of Highway 41
This stage of tree clearing is anticipated to take 3 weeks to complete then crews will move to the Highway 14/future Louisville Rd. intersection and work their way north towards 133rd St. in preparation for constructing the new frontage road (see map).
Additional crews are on-site to relocate utilities prior to some construction activities. No planned service disruptions are anticipated during this work. Utility companies will directly contact property owners in advance of scheduled service disruptions.
Community Impacts:
- Construction crews will be working Monday-Friday, 7 am to 8 pm
- No nighttime work is anticipated at this time
